System effectively communicates with participating brokers to distribute corporate

Online, is a comprehensive source of information about hundreds of communities across
North America. This resource also provides consumers with a direct connection to local

and tips on a variety of topics regarding home ownership.
Preferred Alliance Services Program
Provides brokers and agents with the
opportunity to generate additional core real estate business by marketing home-related
products and services of top companies, including AT&T and ADT Security Systems. This
program offers consumers, brokers and agents convenient access and cost-savings, as well
as a creative, alternative means of marketing CENTURY 21 real estate services.
The CENTURY 21 System markets real estate
books through Dearborn Publishing, another Preferred Alliance partner. The current book
series consists of guides to buying a home, inspecting a home, and choosing a mortgage,
with more titles to follow this year. They are available at bookstores to help consumers
buy, sell, maintain, and enjoy their homes.
